On Tuesday, January 26, at 12 noon, the WCCC Music Section will host a ZOOM presentation featuring Matthew Robertson, Music Director, Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church. Mr. Robertson is the director of multiple choirs, music programs and the wonderful concert series Concerts at Bradley Hills. He is a graduate of Oberlin College Conservatory and received his Masters of Music in Conducting from Westminster Choir College. Mr. Robertson will speak primarily about the concert series and its mission ”to provide
world-class musical events in a pleasing acoustic setting, thereby sharing the joy of music with the public as a living ministry.”
The church’s roots go back over a century to a Sunday School established around 1900 in a carriage house on Kalorama Road, Washington, DC. For more information about the evolution and history of the church, go to: https://www.bradleyhillschurch.org/bhpc-history/
