Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be served inside the club but not outside  

If alcohol is to be sold,  or is included in the admission  price, or  if a donation for drinks is suggested, a permit from Montgomery County Liquor License Board must be obtained prior to the event. 


Restrictions

Renter/Caterer is responsible for set-up and clean-up, which must be accomplished during the 8 hour rental.  

Facility must be cleaned and vacated by 1:00 AM

Be considerate of our neighbors.  Please refer to the “Noise Levels allowed under Montgomery County law", available from the rental office.


Availability

Book your event early as many dates sell out quickly; some events are booked a year or two in advance.
