SEEING YOUR STRENGTH: A RESILIENCY WORKSHOP

Free Workshop for Federal Workers

“Seeing Your Strength: a Resiliency Workshop” is a free workshop for Federal workers and contractors affected by the recent firings, unexpected retirements, and those who took the buyout.

This highly interactive, 3-hour workshop is designed to help you re-connect with your inner confidence.   A dose of resiliency, creativity, and humor helps get you through this and figure out what’s next.

When writing that query letter or walking into an interview, resiliency will help you present yourself as the strong successful person you are - which can get harder as time out of work goes on.

This is not a job-hunting skills workshop! This is about helping you gain the skills to feel strong when you need to be strong.

Come prepared for fun and the unexpected.  Dress casually and expect to move a little. No food served, but if you bring your lunch there will be time to network after the workshop ends at 1 pm.

We look forward to seeing you!
